Elevate was engaged to perform an advisory project for a utility player looking to improve their self-service platform.

As part of this engagement we documented areas that could be taken online, including introducing an entire existing customer online experience, in a full Agile framework.

Elevate's agency work is well known in the industry and thus when we were engaged to deliver a full UX mockup of an end-state e-commerce user journey we knew we would deliver.

We consolidated hundreds of user journeys into the needed core user persona and delivered UX mockups for a $30M platform
